William Murray General Manager
Rev. William Murray is a man who
has went through the forest of trials and tribulations
and even the valley of despair and has came out into the
clearing through God’s Word, as a bear standing up
upright showing strength and brut muscle, claiming his
territory for God. As Rev. Murray continued his plight
seeking knowledge and understanding, and truth he
dedicated his life to Christ and began his journey Holy
Ghost filled and God driven. While in leadership
training at AUM the Chaplin allowed him to teach Bible
study every week to the clients and facilitate Sunday
morning service. In 2000, Rev. William Murray graduated
from Atlanta Union Mission after his program was
completed. God called Rev. William Murray into a
ministry of outreach missions in regard to giving back
to the community. Rev. Murray characterized as a Gentle
Bear with a strong passion for reaching out to the less
fortunate, homeless, and drug addicted to give them
assurance of a second chance through the Word of God and
his personal testimony. In 2005, Rev. William Murray
extended his services to Pastor Gable Clark in working
outreach ministry at the First Presbyterian Church of
Atlanta serving breakfast for the homeless under the
leadership of Rev. Charles Black. With Walk In Power
Ministries Rev. William Murray joined forces with Pastor
Gable Clark and under his leadership has the opportunity
to lead, instruct, and guide the volunteers that serve
the homeless, where he continues to further his
leadership training. Rev. William Murray received
certification in 12-Steps Alcoholics Anonymous and
ministerial license at Beulah Baptist Church Under the
leadership of Pastor W.L. Cottrell. His many
accomplishments include The Over Comer Of The Year award
from the Concern Black Clergy of Atlanta. |
