Here at Walk in Power our
Motto is “Assisting in Your Journey, While You
Determine Your Destination”, and that is exactly
what we are all about. Assisting in your daily
outreach to be all that you can be in God’s Kingdom.
And just how do we help you to be all that you can
be?
Well the answer lies in our layers of ministry
services. Walk in Power Ministries Services, Inc. is
a 501C3 non-taxable ministry organization. First we
have our Outreach Ministry, which starts with our
prayer breakfast for the homeless. Every Sunday from
6:30 till 8:00 a.m. you will find us at the First
Presbyterian Church of Atlanta located at 1328
Peachtree Street, Atlanta, GA 30309 feeding the
homeless not only in Breakfast, but also in the
Lord’s word.
Our ministry is to design to help as many people as
possible, we understand that whether the people who
come to us, or we go to them, they are sick,
”Spiritually.” But they have just enough hope to
seek help with in them to achieve a sober,
productive, successful life. We are the Brother’s
Keeper therefore, we help them to live an excuse
free life, we also help them to see that they will
accept responsibility for their own action.
Love is the requirement for a
life giving attitude. We also believe love overcomes
the multitude of sins in order to have life more
abundantly. We give unto those who are less
fortunate than we are to live a healthy life while
in transition to a life of freedom.
On the forefront of
our ministry is our WIP Technology Class. In which
in the very near future we will be teaching basic
computer classes for those who need a brush up in
Microsoft programs. This class will help you to
become a more valuable member in today’s highly
skilled workplace. Walk in power ministry is all
about, reach out the less fortunate to recover,
Saving lives, and pulling souls out of the pit. A
ministry that walk by faith and not by sight.During
the duration of entering the ministry some of the
client and resident have a success report is some of
our recovering addict became Deacon, Minister,
Pastor, Entrepreneur, Bible College student pursuing
their goal. Walk in power is here to make a greater
impact in the community.

Our
Mission:
Following God's command to love our neighbor as
ourselves, Walk in Power Ministries seeks to help the
hurting of Atlanta by offering food, clothing and
shelter to the homeless and recovery programs to those
enslaved in life degrading problems. Our goal is to help
people gain wisdom for living, find fulfillment in life
and becoming a positive part of their community.
